🙏 Yoga & Wellness with Jane Fitts
Throughout the weekend, Jane will offer a mix of gentle practices designed specifically with knitters and makers in mind:
Morning Zen — Gentle 60-minute practices focusing on the hips, lower body, back, shoulders, and upper body to ease travel aches and tension from long knitting sessions.
Movement Breaks — Short chair yoga and therapy ball sessions focused on the hands, wrists, arms, feet, and other hardworking parts of our bodies.
Yin Yoga — A slow, restful practice to release tension and settle into the weekend.
Mindful Makers — A relaxed combination of gentle movement, crafting, conversation, journaling, seasonal tea, and simple practices for bringing more ease to your creative life.
Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath — A deeply restful practice with sound bath savasana to close out the weekend.
Evening Zen — A gentle calming practice to help everyone arrive, settle in and wind down.
All sessions are optional, and the weekend is designed to give you plenty of time to knit, relax, socialize, or simply do whatever feels good.
